Three Deer Cabin is nestled in a quiet mountain community with exterior quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. The cabin is an easy 9 mile drive to Hiawassee, 12 miles to Lake Burton, or 1 mile to the Appalachian Trail.

House Rules
This is a quiet mountain community, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Respect neighbors' property and avoid disturbing them.
To prevent attracting wildlife, keep all trash bagged and placed in the bear-proof box next to the shed.
Firewood is available behind the sheds. Please do not leave the fire unattended and cover the firepit when finished.
